Hebrews 3:13
(Conybeare & Howson translation)
...But exhort one another daily while it is called ToDay, lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold our first foundation firmly unto the end.
verses 6 thru 9 of chapter 4 continues:
Since therefore it still remaineth that some must enter therein and they who first received the glad tidings thereof entered not, because of disobedience, He again fixeth a certain day --'ToDay"--declaring in David, after so long a time (as hath been said)
'Today, if ye hear his voice, harden not your hearts.'
For if Joshua had given them rest, God would not speak afterwards of ANOTHER day. Therefore there still remaineth a Sabbath-rest for the people of God.
